The Olympic Multi Bench offers the user the opportunity to train the upper part of the body in different inclinations; the backrest, which integrates the knee stops and can slide longitudinally, can be adjusted from the horizontal position to the one declined to 18°with steps of 3°. Safety side supports adjustable in height are also included as standard.
