It allows you to effectively train all the muscles of the body by means of free load exercises. Barbell racks and height adjustable safety hooks allow you to perform exercises such as squat, rower and military press; while the multiple handles placed at the top allow you to perform the pull-ups with different grips and amplitudes and exercises for the abs such as the leg raise. The Half Rack Full is equipped as standard with the Fully Adjustable bench, with which you can perform all the main thrust exercises for the upper body, the dips bars for the classic stretching parallel and the Power Joint with T-Bar Row Handle. There are also retractable side platforms, which can be used both by a spotter and for gripping the handles for traction, and hooks for elastic bands placed both up and down.
